Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday - Friday only.
Orders for Greetings Cards are normally processed within 24-48 hours. All other orders are normally processed within 5 days. Bespoke orders may take slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

I only ship to Great Britain. Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations and its cost implications.

 

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and is charged at £2.80 for cards and £3.60 for larger items.

An option is available at the checkout to upgrade delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24 within 1-2 working days and Tracked 48 within 2-3 working days.These are delivery aims from Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
