Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday - Friday only.
Orders for Greetings Cards are normally processed within 24-48 hours. All other orders are normally processed with 5 days. Bespoke orders may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Destinations

I only ship to Great Britain. Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations and its cost implications.

 

Delivery Charges

For orders under £30, the standard delivery charge is £2.45. Orders less than £20 will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class; orders £20 to £29.99 will be sent Royal Mail Tracked.

All orders £30 and over qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

An option is available to upgrade delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class and Tracked 24 within 1-2 business days, Tracked 48 may take 2-3 days. These are delivery aims from Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
