Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday - Friday only.
Orders for Greetings Cards are normally processed within 24-48 hours. All other orders are normally processed with 5 days. Bespoke orders may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Destinations

I only ship to Great Britain. Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations and its cost implications.

 

Delivery Charges

For orders under £20, the standard delivery charge is £2.80 via Royal Mail first class. For orders £20 and over, the standard delivery charge is £3.65 and will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 24.

An option is available to upgrade orders less than £20 to Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.

Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class and Tracked 24 within 1-2 business days. These are delivery aims from Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
